Care instructions:  Wash in cool water with mild detergent, line dry, and iron while still damp on silk setting. (Or mist with water from a spray bottle to dampen the silk before ironing.)

Payment:  I accept PayPal for online orders because it is safe and secure.  You can use any major credit card and don’t have to sign up for a PayPal account.  If you prefer, you can pay by mailing me a money order; email me first at ann@annschroederstudio.com to reserve the scarf you’ve selected.

Packaging:  Your new silk scarf is folded in a clear bag with cardboard inserts and shipped in a large envelope. If you are sending it as a gift, I can add a complimentary tag with your special message.  Gift wrap is also available for an additional $5.00.  I don’t include invoices in the packages.

Shipping:  Packages ship from Mabou, Nova Scotia, Canada by Canada Post, Monday through Friday morning.  Orders within Canada are shipped first class and normally take 3-8 business days, orders from Canada to the U.S. are shipped airmail and normally take 7-14 business days, and international orders can take 7 days to 3 weeks or more depending on where you live.  If you wish to upgrade to shipping with tracking or insurance, please contact me at ann@annschroederstudio.com for extra shipping charges.

Refunds and exchanges:  I want you to be happy with your order.  Scarves can be returned 7 days after you receive them, for replacement or refund of purchase price (less shipping).  Items must be in original unused condition when returned.
