Registration Form

Workshops fill up quickly, so please register as early as possible.

For email registration, please fill out this form and send it to me. My reply will include a link to PayPal which you can use to pay the workshop fee with any major credit card. 

If you prefer, you can email me at ann@annschroederstudio.com to make sure the workshop you choose is still available, and then print out the form and mail it to me with a cheque in Canadian or U.S. funds. Mail to:  Ann Schroeder, RR3, Mabou, NS B0E 1X0 Canada.

Workshop fees are non-refundable unless I cancel the workshop.  If you can’t attend the date you signed up for and let me know at least a week ahead, I’ll give you a credit for a future session.
